Flåmstova Restaurant menu
Flåmstova Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant is relaxed and informal, and ideal for both a small meal and parties of all sizes. It is popular with the hotel’s own guests, people on day trips, guests staying at other hotels, cottages and campsites, and local people alike.
Lunch buffet: During the summer season 1st may – September 2nd, we serve a large lunch buffet daily, with Norwegian and international dishes. A lunch buffet is available for groups all year round when booked in advance.
À la carte: During the summer season June 1st – September 3rd 2017 and 8./9. Sept., 15./16. Sept., 22./23. Sept., we serve an extensive à la carte menu in the evening. This includes soups, small dishes, traditional dishes such as rallarbiff – beer-marinated sirloin steak – and homemade lamb burger, as well as delicious fish fresh from the fjord. Some of the menu choices served in Ægir BrewPub, e.g. our Nidhogg pulled-pork burger and the ever-popular Ægir Viking plank, are also available in the restaurant.
